1. Fee Payment and Refunds

Fee paid for any service will not be refunded by Kaaiser Services (P) Ltd.

2. Delivery of Course Material

The Course material^* will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of enrolment, subject to full payment realization.

^*Applicable for select packages only.

3. Student Obligations

As an enrolled student, you are required to share the following with Kaaiser Services (P) Ltd.: registration details and a copy of the official score report/s of the actual test/s (IELTS®, TOEFL®, PTET®, ACT®) for which you have prepared with us, along with a copy of your admission results (applicable for those who have enrolled in our Admissions Consulting Services).

4. Use of Testimonials

Testimonial(s) provided by you may be appropriately edited by Kaaiser Services (P) Ltd. for its marketing communication.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Kaaiser Services (P) Ltd. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the rules framed thereunder as amended from time to time. Arbitral proceedings will be conducted in English at New Delhi. Exclusive jurisdiction will be conferred on the courts at New Delhi.
